Link Logistics Announces 2026 Small Business Challenge Winner and Runners-Up

Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced that Pushing Boundaries has been awarded the $75,000 grand prize in the second annual Link Logistics Small Business Challenge. The three runners-up, Kimberly Timmons Interiors, Mayamex Foods and Storm Creek, will receive $10,000 each.

Pushing Boundaries, which is a nonprofit exercise therapy clinic specializing in treatment for people living with neurological illnesses or injuries, will also be featured in a “Link Logistics Customer Spotlight” later this year.

“Congratulations to Pushing Boundaries and our three runners-up, and thanks to every customer who applied and shared their story with us,” said Glenn E. Wylie, executive vice president, head of Asset Management, Link Logistics. “This year we expanded the Challenge to include our small bay industrial and business park customers, and the response reflected the entrepreneurial energy across our portfolio. We’re proud to support these businesses and their continued success.”

“Small businesses are at the heart of our communities and form the backbone of the U.S. economy,” said Joseph W. Finnigan, senior managing director, Link Parks. “Pushing Boundaries stood out for its team’s vision and meaningful mission. We’re thrilled to help accelerate its growth journey.”

On October 21, the four finalists pitched their business plans to a panel of Link Logistics and Link Parks executives at a live grand finale event in Northern California. The judging panel included Wylie and Finnigan, as well as Melissa I. Sachs, chief communications officer, Link Logistics; Nicole Levine, senior director, Property Management, Link Parks; and J. Suarez, vice president, Marketing, Link Logistics. The pitches were primarily evaluated on demonstrated innovation, commitment to customer experience, storytelling quality and proposed use of funds.

“The Small Business Challenge reflects who we strive to be for our customers: a true partner invested in their growth,” said Sachs. “Pushing Boundaries and our finalists shared their pitches with creativity and conviction, and we’re excited to see what they build next.”

The 2026 Challenge was open to Link Logistics and Link Parks customers occupying 30,000 square feet or less with at least one year remaining on their lease. Approximately 150 customers applied, representing industries including food and beverage, e-commerce, technology, logistics, beauty and more. Ten semifinalists submitted video essays, and four were selected as finalists. The six semifinalists who did not advance each received a $1,000 gift card.
